Apps You Need Claim app provides an easy medium to upload all the required documents for claims and track the status of their claims and device repair.
Customers have to add their pickup address and incident report in the app. The other documents can be easily added by clicking pictures using phone's camera.
Following documents are required for Accidental Damage (Physical Damage and Liquid Damage) claims:
1. Duly filled and signed claim form
2. Phone’s invoice
3. Your ID proof
4. Front & Back pictures of your damaged phone
5. Pictures of IMEI (see back panel of phone or under the battery or on phone’s box)
Following documents are required for Theft and Burglary claims:
1. Duly filled and signed claim form
2. Phone’s invoice
3. Your ID proof
4. FIR
5. SIM Disconnection Letter
After the correct documents are uploaded, claim approval comes within 4 working days. Then the device and documents are picked up within 24 hours.
This app makes the overall claim process very swift and hassle free for the customers.
